When it comes to style icons, few exude the effortless cool and sophistication of the London-born Michael Caine during the peak of his mid-Sixties swagger.

His choice of eyewear, our YVAN prescription dark tortoiseshell frames, graced both the silver screen in "The Italian Job" (1969) and adorned his character, the iconic spy Harry Palmer, throughout the vibrant 60s. It was only fitting that our inaugural 1886 first edition paid homage to this beloved figure, capturing the essence of a bygone era with a color palette that embodies timeless elegance.
