It is natural that after some time your frames will feel different to when you purchased them. Our heads are unique, and the frames will adjust to its shape over time. The way we place and remove our frames from our faces also affects the shape and balance even more so.

This is not a cause for concern. We have the tools available to be able to return them to the condition you purchased them in through our Servicing and Repairs programme.

The service cost and any repairs required is dependent on the complexity of the repairs and is broken down into four tiers.
