We offer a full range of online and in-person optical and sunglass prescription and personalisation services.

All our lenses come with Scratch Resistance coating as standard. We have a wide variety of lens thicknesses, coatings and photochromic / transition available.

As a guide our Prescription charges start at £80.00 for Single Vision lenses for reading or distance, and £180.00 for Varifocal lenses.

To ensure your frames fit correctly we provide key measurements in the product details.

As a guide we advise that your frames sit comfortably without any tightness or pinching. The eyebrows should generally not sit within the lens area and pupils should be in the centre. Importantly, your frames should not slip down your nose –
no matter the dramatic licence.

Glossary of terms

Bridge: The part of the frame that rests on the wearers nose.
Temple or Side-arm: The arm that extends from the top corners of the frame.
Hinge: The interlocking metal loops holding the front and the arms together.
Rim: The part surrounding the edges of the lens.
Nose pads: The part that sits on the nose, adjusted to fit perfectly.

General Shipping Terms

We offer free worldwide shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched and up to 21 days for orders that include prescription or customised lenses. During a sale, please allow longer due to increased demand. Thank you for your patience. 

For orders to customers in Europe local duties & taxes will apply and be payable upon receipt of your order

For customers in the US all import duties & taxes are included in the price you pay. Your order will be shipped directly to you with no additional documentation required.

All other countries local duties and taxes will apply

All orders are sent via Fed Ex using a tracked courier service. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday with a daily order cut off at 15.00 GMT. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification from us with your online tracking details. If you have any questions feel free to email us. 

For UK customers we also offer a free returns service.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Any returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging within 28 days of receipt of goods.
